This the simple, yet brilliant idea came to the creative minds of a crop of the best, world famous and experienced Wedding Planners, who decided to wipe away unsatisfactory ceremonial solutions  and got together to work only for the best: the best locations, the best food, and the best services available today on planet earth.

“Extraordinary Destination Weddings” was born, centering the focus on exclusive and discerning clients from all continents, who wish to make  their wedding or ceremony an epic, unforgettable and unparalleled event.The Wedding Planner responsible for Tuscany Danielle Wiskow-Bandini, herself a pioneer of this philosophy with her very own wedding ceremony held over two decades ago amidst the Tuscan hills between Siena and San Gimignano, has seen and done it all: she has taken to the altar many happy couples, not to mention  numerous non-wedding ceremonies and events.

With more than ten years experience in the demanding field of hosting clients,Danielle describes for us  her role of Wedding Planner and catering co-ordinator  for Dolci Tradizioni Toscane and Tuscany Party, both reference companies in the Siena province for hundreds of individuals, companies and institutions,

“I believe that the personal and passionate, dedicated all round approach to a client is what  makes the difference  A lot of couples  are often lured into believing that this hotel or that resort’s “wedding service” will do for the chosen ceremony” continues Danielle “well most of the time, it is not so. The emotional and cultural distance between the client and a structure which turns over thousands of people in a calendar year very seldom can set up the best there is in the surroundings of a chosen region, to fully satisfy the exclusive client.Every couple has the right to be married  in a way that is meaningful to them , this is my aim.”

Danielle is one of a group of talented and well established, world-spread Wedding Planners, all gathering around the break-through concept of a global network launched by USA-based  Terri Altergott  owner of “Something Borrowed ,Something New” serving Boston and all of New England.
The goal of  Extraordinary Destination Weddings is to provide our clients with the opportunities to truly customize and plan their wedding with a trusted professional at home, along with a partner Wedding Planner at their chosen  destination. We are not wedding co-ordinators  but wedding planners . There is a difference . A co-ordinator handles all things associated with a wedding at a resort or property but is not involved with the design components, or assisting the bride in selecting her wedding dress or invitations.

Most importantly the wedding co-ordinators allegiance is with her  employer and not necessarily the couple.When a couple select us to assist them  they are in fact hiring their own personal advocate and someone who is as interested in their wedding as they are.
